So tommorow I am going check out a car and it sounds like a good deal but the guy just tells me that it needs a tune up. (it is a 94 civic hatch with a b18c1 with a couple bolt ons.) I was just wondering if that someone says "it just needs a tune up" , what they mean is that the car is screwed up. im not sure so any info or experience would be appreciated. Also, the guy said it boggles a little when you turn it on and the revs are high at first. he says a tune up will fix it.
