i have the ingalls front kit also...your upper A arm is hitting the inside of the fender well because like you said, its the way the ingalls kit pushes out the entire a-arm. the skunk2 kit solves the problem by moving only the upper ball joint, not the entire a-arm.
i dont have this problem, but thats cuz i have my kit pushed in all the way (-1.25 degrees) cuz i still wanted SOME negative camber.
