You don't need to readjust the valvesprings, but I hope you replaced them with aftermarket springs, and retainers. They are fine on a daily driver, the only thing is you can't separate the cam timings by more than 2 degrees, or the valves can come in contact with each other. The way they were tuned just being dropped in, they fell on their face in vtec. I'm sure with adjustable gears and a vafc, you could see 20 hp with dyno tuning.
