well the engine wont crank, its seized, so we took the spark plugs out, 1 -3 came out fine, and when i looked at them, god they where terrible, completley black and has some oil residue on it, i had trouble with number four but when it came out, it was smashed up badly, we new now that something was wrong with cylinder number four, so we stuck a claw thing to see how far we could go down, one through three it hit the cylinders, and on number four, it went straight to the oil pan ...

we have a blown f22b1 motor

so what do you think the best option is....

my parents think i wont want this car in 3 years, they suggest goin with another used stock f22 rather then my idea of the H22 motor... whats the difference in price without install? cause my uncle is a mechanic and said he will install it.... my uncle suggests that since i want a faster engine, he says to just get a used f22 motor and build it up and have nos instead with the h22... i live in ca, will h22 from japan pass smog?
