Well, my motor almost has 180k miles on it, so I want to stay on the conservative side. The good thing is that its only a weekend car, but when its time to rebuild, I will try to extract every hp out of it. For now, I'm just looking for ITR/Type S power. at 180k, might as well start researching and collecting the parts that you want to use when you rebuild your motor, just a suggestion.
