I was planning on doing this since i plan on tracking my sol but it is an s type so what is better changing the back arms to si arms or getting the kit on fastbrakes that will convert the back to disc.

I thought you had the Del Sol VTEC, that came stock with 4 wheel disk brakes. The Del Sol S has a d15 in it and you definently DO NOT need any kind of enhanced braking for that POS.
