Default Wireless In-Car Camera Security

Just curious as to how I would go about installing security cameras in my integra.

My intentions:
1) Wireless and can be watched from my laptop with a decent distance range (~2-3 block distance)
2) Would like 2, one facing driver window and one facing passenger side.
3) Can run off the car's battery (while car's off) and cause very little to almost no drainage. (i.e. can go a week and still have enough juice to start the car if I wanted too) or possible running on batteries?
4) Can be manually shut off (switch?)
5) Video can be seen during the day and night.

Probably leaving stuff out but that's basically it but I hope you know where i'm going with this. I don't have a garage/driveway and I park on the street and not in a good neighborhood. Besides the autolock and viper alarm im installing I would like to do this if possible.

If anyone ever tried this or know of someone who has, that would be helpful.....thanks.
