I think this is the best route.
1. unhook the dash tweeters.
2. remove the door spearkers.
3. replace the door speakers with components (mount the tweeter in the door) or a nice set to 3 ways.
I really wonder:
a) where the dash tweeters source wire trails back to (split point)
b) do they work without the stock head unit?
