Buddy club spec III can handle between 10:1 Cr To 13:1 cr. and the spec III's have a longer Duration than the skunk2 stage 2's or 3's. and the specIII's are a lot better for daily driving then the spec IV's. Spec 4's say race and street use but they seem more like they are better suited for track use, also it's will be vary hard to pass emmissions with the spec 4. spec 3 or 4 will both give a lot more power than skunk2 cams will! Oh, and if you are running that high of a CR you need hondata S300 to SAFELY and Properly tune your car!!
