Well, I was just using the Accord's tcu(f22a) like 3 days ago for testing the "D4" light and the shifting points and everything was still working fine. Now, the manual book you're using it's for the 95 JDM H22a TCU(p19) right? Just checking if you're using the correct manual.
For some reason, I can't remember if I can shift out of "P" with the Accord tcu when I had the H22a swap. But before you figure out how to get out of "P", I couldn't shift out of "P" with the Accord tcu but the "D4" lights up. But when you told me to jump those two wires, I can shift out of "P" for the Prelude and Accord tcu's. That's weird.
Well, about my shifting/redline problems. This is the story:
Before I had the jdm prelude tcu(p19), I was using my Accord tcu(px4). When I use the prelude tcu, my redline went up to 7200rpm and the shift points were 10mph into 2nd gear, 18-20mph into 3rd gear, and 30mph into 4th gear(normal driving means not stepping on the gas hard). Now, my redline is stuck at 6300rpm(Accord redline), and the shifting into 4th gear is "on and off" at 30mph and 38mph. When I start the car up the next morning and let the motor warm up, the motor is shifting normally at 30mph into 4th gear for atleast the first 5 minutes and then after that, it shift "on and off" at 30mph and 38mph. What the hell is going on?

I also talked to another ebay member who have a jdm H22a auto tranny, say he's having the same problem as well. He bought 2 prelude tcu's(p19), and one of them is working fine, redline at 7200rpm and the other is 6300rpm. Oh yea, I also bought another p19 tcu and it's the same as the one now. I'm wondering could the tcu be defected?
