It's nice the place hasn't been trashed, so it maintains some of the "mystery." Here on campus there is an old chemistry building that was abandoned during the 1989 SF earthquake. Basically people dropped everything and left. It's still standing because the school can't demolish it because of the chemicals inside, but they won't let anyone in to clean it because it's not structurally sound. Unfortunately, the inside has been totally trashed by the local frats and high schoolers, so the inside is covered with grafitti, and it totally ruins the experience of breaking in.
