so ive read up on OBD types and my 93 is OBD 1 so ive i wanted to get this

then first of all how do i know what year it is??? if it says 94-97 and if its a 96 or above i know its OBD2 and i know id have to wiring and and OBD switched out or something like that? can u go more into detail for me on what id have to do if it was a 96 or 97 and whatd id have to buy to do it and what the money would be like.
