my Front license plates screw threads are stripped & i can't mount the front plates on with screws.

I know from my previous 92 Si, that there is a front plate bracket that can be mounted onto the front bumper.

Right now, my car lacks that bracket & only has those 4 screw holes which are all stripped by the previous owner.

Any suggestion..cause w/ the snipe going around, I don't want to be too much of a troublemaker right now.
