I did, and overall, you are both right and wrong. The origional thread relates to executing someone twice. I am not arguing that the legal system is expensive. But the fact remains that certain criminals are sentenced to die and it will be carried out. As this is now an INCARCERATION issue, kill em sooner, rather than later.
