we need more info like does the starter turn? doesn it click only . if the engine turns over is there spark or fuel ? sounds like the shop is taking you to the cleaners and it's time to try a shop that only does hondas or the dealer. but I doubt the computer is the problem usally when they fail they throw codes for no reason . or are water damage.
