Add some Redline Water Wetter to your coolant mixture. That will bring the temps down. Another thing is make sure your fins on your radiator are not bent and clogged up with bugs and debris.
I run my car hard autocrossing and track days and the temperature needles stays the same no matter what. What oil are you using?
