so figuring you would then have 200 (ish), you can certainly find a nice 4 channel amp and run the fronts for the time (channels 1/2), and come in with a subwoofer (bridged to channels 3/4) when you can afford one.

This is the way I do most hatches and crx's for member that do not want all the extra weight and do not want to spend alot of cash. Most four channel amps can run a 2 ohm load stereo. So from that point you can run your front and rear speaker off the amp. And channel three and four can run bridge mono at a four ohm load to power a sub or two depending the the rms of the sub and the amp output. But if your going to try to rock the world I would go with a two amp setup. The setup above will sound really clean if you match your speakers to your amp and keep the rms in check.
