Aren't ECU's like bulletproof? I've never heard of them going bad...

Get your car outta there and take it to Honda...

What do you mean problem starting cold? It really could just be a loose ground and they're milking you for whatever you got... Remember metal contracts when it's cool, so contact could be hindered when cold...
