Not too sure about this seller, but if they have a big score, and pissed off customers, it's usually because they don't actually have the stock in-hand. You bid on stuff that they sell, but if they're out of stock, most don't let you know.

There was a FATMAT seller that was shit-on for delays in shipping. I think he started over with a different user name.
