You guys are steering this thread right out of it's flight pattern.

just kidding...

OP: It's ok for a Marine to have shitty spelling in my book. First, you are protecting us from being forced to speak Islam. Second, somebody higher than you is bound to correct your spelling at some point. You'll pay for it then. Try "Mozilla Firefox" - it is a web browser, much like an improved Internet Explorer, with an integrated spell check.

High feedback sellers are hit or miss. You'll just have to call it as you see it.

I say "trust your instincts" and file a claim.

It sounds like this "jdmmotorz" guy is either incredibly lazy or just plain unreliable.

Werd.

I filed a claim once. You have to wait a minimum of10 days before you can do it. You send the email to paypal explaining what happened, and they email the deadbeat. Hopefully that will get the ball rolling and you'll get what you ordered.

Post a link to the auction.

Did you try checking for a phone number on the sellers ebay or paypal profile? I've bought several things on ebay, and some took a month or more to ship. I wouldn't consider it a deal gone bad yet, if it hasn't even been 10 days. If you start trying to reverse the auction this soon, you might severely piss the seller off.
