3 of my old sparks had oil on the threads and even up on the white ceramic part. How bad is that? Is there something else I should do even after replacing them with new ones and wires? Oil on your spark plugs is either coming from a leak around the spark plug seals on the valve cover or from the o-rings between the rocker arm assemblies and the cylinder head. With your mileage, my money is on the rocker arm o-rings.
