220,000 Vehicles is very significant. VW has a recall on the Passat but it only affects 60K Vehicles. Its for the 2006-7 VW Passats, problems with brakes and wipers.

In the future, you may want to post Toyota recall news somewhere lots of Toyota owners congregate like toyotanation.com or tundrasolutions.com
