No disrespect, everybody has ideas. Just be realistic here, You say you have the skills then I respect that. But there is no way on earth that you are going to accomplish this task with the budget you claim. Like I said, post pics & info when you get to it. Drawings & research would give you some more support too! (not to prove you wrong, I am honestly interested)
