Default Master Cylinder/Booster Leak

About a week and a half ago I installed new rear wheel cylinders and brake shoes on my 91 Accord LX. After doing so I went ahead and flushed/bled the brake fluid at all 4 wheels and replaced the fluid with DOT 3/4 compatible synthetic fluid. Now the my problem.....when I went out to get in the car on Saturday I noticed a large puddle on the ground under the car. To my surprise I now have a leak between my master cylinder and brake booster.

Is this a common problem? Is there a seal that goes bad between the two? Does anyone know of any fluid compatibily issues with the older braking systems? Any advice would be appreciated.
