Werd, I thought all turbo engines were tuned rich no matter what. Nothing worse than leaning out at the top of your band and popping shit across the street leaving you stranded.
all responsible tuners tune a turbo motor a bit rich. Now if you are trying to squeeze every ounce of HP out of a dyno sheet queen, than some tuners are good enough to walk the fine line...but I wouldnt actually drive the thing.
