Sounds like you have an EGR valve that is acting up. Honda actually issud an extension for 8/80 covering the EGR valve. Bacially your symptoms are exactlly what it does when its bad. I tried to attached the actuall S/B to the postbut its to big. You may have gotten a post card from Honda telling you about the extension also.
