I think like that sometimes too. I don't know why but space intrigues me so much. It's like all we know is this one little planet in this vast universe and some people are perfectly content with that. It's like this is all they know and it's all they need to know because they were born here, they will grow here and eventually die here. That's not me though. I wish I was born many years in the future, maybe around the time space travel was normal and you go go between galaxies in very little time. I know, I know, it all sounds like a dorky little fantasy and technically it is. But I just think the idea of seeing new things or possibly meeting lifeforms smarter than us that we could learn from is exciting.

And also, what Craig said. This planet is plagued with war, hate, pollution, violence, waste and all these negative things. True, it is us that made it that way, but it doesn't have to be like that. I wish I could go somewhere else really far away where people aren't like people on this planet.
