I want to get a new video card for my home PC. They are something I know nothing about. I just put a friends old one in mine when I built it. What makes a good video card? I don't play games or anything. My only requirement would be dual VGA and maybe s-video.

Also, I have an AMD 64-bit 3200+ processor on an ASUS nvidia board with 1 gig of DDR 400mhz ram. I haven't overclocked yet and I still have room for another stick of ram. Other than that, what can I do to speed her up a little (with my current processor and mobo)?
