rite you got it we are testing if it will work not making it permanent yet.Use safety pins not paper clips(you know baby diaper pins or a sowing needle).This way if it will not work you will not have 2 cut wires.I am 90% on this let me know what happens.

You should be able to hit the brake and get out of park.If it works cutem then but connect em(permanently)the safety pins and jump wire are temporary just for testing.

Its a method i use at work its called back probing thy make special back probing tools but thy are just a sharp pin that fits in the back of the connector and have a little alligator clip on the rear.

You must think im nuts lol.Next i will be telling you to fix stuff with gum and duck tape lol.
