ok on the left we have 93 accord on the rite we have 95 lude.All the pins to the tcm are the same.The only diff i see is the interlock control unit the accord is a relay and the lude is a transistor.Relays need volts transistors need amps.So the accord tcm is pumping volts the lude is pumping amps.

Long story short jump grn/wht pin 12 to wht/grn pin 22(at the tcm) hit the brake and see if you can get it out of park.This is going around the lude tcm and pumping volts into the relay when you hit the brake.Let me know what happens.
