If im not mistaken, the 95 JDM is the same as the 96 over here which means its OBD II.....Im not quite sure on that, and i don't know if that would matter for the transmission

EDIT: just like berginr said, you will prolly need a prelude auto harness for the H22 which will be difficult to find
