Only tools you need are a 3/8" ratchet, some extensions and maybe 3 or 4 sockets. It's really easy to do, it's been written about a lot on here. Do you have any friends that could help you? It's like a $200 job at the dealer but only takes maybe 2-3 hours yourself.

edit: make sure you get NGK or Denso copper or platinum plugs (I recommend NGK V-Power copper).
