All accord engine/transmission combos prior to the 2003+ V6 6-speed don't really respond well to basic modifications. Either the engine doesn't have the potential (in the case of the I4's), or the tranny can't hold it (in the case of the V6's). You'll be blowing tranny's on Accord V6s frequently if you give it any more than basic bolt ons, guarenteed. And since you don't want a manual, it's probably not a good car to heavily modify IMO.
