Buddy club spec 3's are for street use and you can keep your stock valve springs and retainers. Spec 4 are street and track use and will require you to changes valve springs and retainers. I would go with the spec 3's and upgrade to the buddy club titanium valvesprings and retainers anyway. they are lighter and stronger than stock and if you every wanted to upgrade to Spec 4 later all you will need is the Cams!!
