if you plan to build. D16 or B18c1. the type-r is something good if you plan on leaving it stock.

my friend just spent about 4k into his gsr motor and is prob somewhere at 380-400 bhp. haven't tuned it yet. we will know for sure when he gets it tuned, and dyno'd.
