The only opinion that matters is yours.

Coil over sleeves offer adjustability (you can play with ride height as much as you want).

But, if your car is just a daily driver, get some Tokico HP blues and a matching set of lowering springs (or keep the stock springs). Keep it simple = Less head ache because there's no messing around trying to get everything adjusted correctly, no worry about spring rate matching the shocks and ride height.

Also, if you're going to install the shocks and springs get a set of spring compressors and follow their directions. When the suspension springs are compressed by the shocks, they store a great deal of power. (read: broken bones or worse if things go wrong when changing out shocks/springs)
