Only thing, that motor was not out very long and so that is why you can't find shit that might or might not fit. You can always cross reference part numbers.
b16/b17 blocks are actually 8-10mm shorter than b18 blocks. so it will hang lower on b16 blocks if designed for a b18.

a b16b shares the same block as a b18. so again, a header for that will hang lower on your b17. just get a header designed for a b16a or b17 to avoid any potential problems.
