i just called the mechanic and he said hes sure all the lines are hooked up and so is the PCV.
And the gasket is from auto zone he said.
That tells me that coolant is getting into your combustion chamber, somehow. If all the obvious things have been checked, it's possible that your head-gasket didn't seat properly. Did he use a manual (Haynes or Helms) to torque the head bolts in proper sequence and to specified ft/lbs ?
Following an overhaul, there will generally be a minimal amount of blow-by until the rings seat properly. I wouldn't be trying to rev into vtec until break-in is complete. Check your oil to see if it is contaminated with water beeds (coolant). It would be worth while to drain the oil out and look at it. Then replace with fresh oil. Check the coolant as well, for oil specs.
