First thing is first, ask yourself this:
How much do you want to lower the car (no maybe's), and what are you going to use it for?

My H&R's were 3 months old, got them from a guy for 500$, he had them on a daily driver EF 4 door. was selling the car and wanted to make some cash.

I had to swap out the rear LCA because they were no the fork type, no biggy.

I would recomend swapin yours out as well, it gives you more of a choice as far as aftermarket suspension.

I had Neuspeed/koni adjustables on my 94 Civic, they were nice as well.

If you are not looking for a full coilover set, I would piece it together, and get adjustable shocks (NOT KYB), koni or Tikico IMO are the best bet. and depending on what you want the car to do, get lowering springs, or coilovers.

I had a koni/neuspeed adjustable ride height and dampening shocks, with the omnipower coilover sleeve kit.

Worked great on my EG coupe.

Also, as ChrisS said:
-rear trailing arm bushings (good chance they're trashed on your car)

I would replace these, mine are messed up rm autocross, and im going all poly for my bushings :-)
