There are a few dealers on ebay that sell Tokico, KYB, and Koni (Koni = $$$) shocks and matching (meaning the spring rate matches the shortened spring) spring sets (1.25" drop front, 1.00" rear; less affect on the camber; 2" drop all around would probably require adjustable camber kits front and rear to keep tire from wearing on the inside edges) for $350 to $500 depending on if you want performance non-adjustable or adjustable shocks.

I ordered from Motorsports Direct, Las Vegas, NV: good service, straight forward transaction. Tokico HP Blues, kept the stock springs.

Other things to look at:
-rear trailing arm bushings (good chance they're trashed on your car)
-adding or changing sway bars
-adding bars on the top of your strut towers (front and rear)
