That's a pretty steep drop. Be prepared for a whole lot of scraping on speed bumps and curbs. With a 2" drop (Konis + H&R) I had -2 deg. in front and -1.5 deg in back. Worked reasonably well for autocross, but I wouldn't do it for a daily driver. Too low and too stiff. I think you're better off with a smaller drop and no camber kit.
BUT I got HUGE fender-wheel gap, its embarrassing, its that bad. I'll most likely go with a 2.5" drop all around, and I'll be getting the Ingalls Front/rear kit for 300 or soo dollars. Its the balljoint one... is that ok?
