Default Did not start, again!

Well, I guess I jumped the gun again thinking this thing was fixed. This morning temp. was (31 deg.) and it didn't start!
I don't know what to do anymore!!! I tried all kinds of things and I'm completely stumped. Here's my list: Fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, had the head professionally rebuilt after a timing belt failure, Cap, rotor, ECM, cleaned all grounding wires (as many as I could find), Main Relay, Coolant temp. Sensor....what's next? What am I missing???
Could the fuel pump be weak? Should I do a pressure test?
I'm about ready to send this thing to the junk yard!!! I guess maybe I should take it to the dealer. But my last two visits to them they said they can't find anything wrong. What do I do now, Junk it or keep swinging at it??? Help!
