its ether the imc(ignition control Modula) the coil or broken wires.the imc aka igniter is the little box with 4 wires ruining to it under the dizzy.so change out the imc and the coil from the old dizzy (the one with the bad ckp sensor)and check for broken wires.the code 41 is the 02 sensor or broken wires but would still run good with that code.is it a new dizzy or a used one.you probably flooded the car so next start up attempt hold the gas to the floor.
