My nine-four, four door, accord is messing up!

So anyway here is the situation, I have been recently experiencing some difficulties in determining why my idle is jumping up and down, usually about 500 RPM, it does it randomly but usually after I give the car some gas, I was told to check my vac lines and also told it may be idle control

Does anyone have an educated guess on what might cause this problem?
