there isnt much to a tuneup anymore.. do u mean rotor button not brake rotors? u can change the rotor button and cap when u need plug wires. unless u do alot of starts u may want to change the rotor button and cap. i wouldnt wait 100,000mi to change plugs they may not come out. they r a cheap replacement. i change my antifreeze every 2 yrs and transmission fluid every year. some people tend to forget the pcv valve. if u need to rotate your tires or change your wiper blades this may be a good time. i tend to change the air filter, wiper blades and rotate the tires together every 6 months.
