Was not able to reprodcue it at dealer. Dealer wants to do a flush at the tune of $250. Do the 2003's built in 2002 have an extended warranty of 100,000 and 7 years?

Your dealer should be able to tell you if your tranny is covered by the extended warranty or not based on your VIN. If not, call Acura Client Service. Do not do the flush, Acura issued a bulletin to all the Acura service dealers not to do the flush.
