Just do whatever the manual tells you to. I don't think replacing the rotors or plug wires is necessary unless you have problems with them. I believe spark plugs are at 90K but check with the manual. Cleaning fuel injectors is just a matter of dumping some injector cleaner in your gas tank, but frankly, I just let the detergent in gas do the job. I used seafoam once in the tank with no noticable effect. But go ahead if you feel the need. Resetting the ECU, I'm not sure where you got that. I wouldn't do it unless something is jacked up. Frankly, at 77K I wouldn't do much more than a normally scheduled oil change and replace anything that may be scheduled as well that you're not sure got done (assuming you bought the car used, if you bought it new you should have done those other things already). Really, there isn't much before 90-100K that I'd touch unless you notice a problem. What kind of mileage are you getting? I have a a 6th gen with a 4 banger and a 5-speed. If you're getting over 30MPG, chances are you're fairly well tuned up already, if not, I'd tune her up a bit, or quit hitting VTEC all the time.
