Default Maintenance Required Indicator flashing

MY car have recently reached 77,XXX miles and I know this indicator means that my cars needs tune up. Now instead of going to the shop which I will probably spending $200-$300 if I take my car there, I wanna do it myself to save money. What are the things that I need to look at when replacing part or doing a tune up? I know the SPARK PLUGS, SPARK PLUG WIRES, CLEAN MY FUEL INJECTION?, ROTORS?, PCV Valve(already did it), RESET THE ECU? How? Anything else? This will be my first time, guide me fellows. Thanks
