get a factory service manual from Helm and dig in !!! Take your time and follow the directions. Replace the timing belt and the balancer belt. Change the PCV valve and grommet. clean the whole area out with Brakleen when you have it apart. Don't go too crazy with it on the rubber parts. Make sure you get all the oil off the timing cover gasket or it'll swell up and be impossible to get back in there. Obviously replace the front balance shaft seal and install a retainer. Water pump's fine if it's new. If the belt was recently changed the crank bolt should come right out.
Job pays around 6.5 hrs at the dealer ... that should give you an idea of what to expect.
DO NOT START THAT ENGINE UNTIL YOU CHANGE THE BELT !!!!!
Not only can it pump itself dry of oil in seconds, but it can break that oil-soaked timing belt and destroy the engine.
