After Tbelt change....
Let me start with saying that my Tbelt almost snapped over the weekend, but I got it fixed before it did. The belt skipped a tooth and I didn't end up with any bent valves. Along with the replacement of the Tbelt, I also replaced various seals, P/S belt, and alternator belt.
Well being the first "major" tune-up/maintaince on my car I had done, I have noticed the car feels different; the tranny shifts much smoother (didnt change the tranny fluid) the gas pedal seems much firmer, and the overall feel of the car is much better
After getting the belts changed, the mech I brought the car to said that I needed to change my front tires as they were badly worn and about to blow out. So I had them replaced. The car leans to the right on its own, so I am assuming that I need an alignment and need to have my tires balanced, but when i hit the brakes and almost comes to a complete stop, the car feels like it has hit a "rough patch."
My question are/is
1) is that how my car is suppoed to feel after a tbelt change?
2) after alignment and getting my tires balanced, will the "rough patch" brakingstop?
